THE GLOBAL TALENT COMPETITIVENESS INDEX (GTCI)
GTCI is an annual benchmarking report that measures the ability of 118 countries based on their ability to grow, attract and retain talent.
Launched for the first time in 2013, the GTCI provides a wealth of data and analysis that helps decision makers develop talent strategies, overcome talent mismatches and be competitive in the global marketplace.
The GTCI combines the academic research and expertise of INSEAD, the international business school, and Singapore’s Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI), with the business experience and perspective of The Adecco Group, the world leader in workforce solutions. Read more about the GTCI partners.
The 2017 GTCI study focuses on how technology is affecting talent competitiveness and the nature of work, exploring both challenges and opportunities, and important shifts away from traditional working approaches.
In addition, in 2017 the partners also launch the first index focused on cities: The Global Cities Talent Competitiveness Index (GCTCI). This first edition features 46 cities and explores the factors that contribute to turning cities into talent magnets.
